We’re now one week into our SMS Step Challenge 👟
Launched to support Mental Health Awareness Week, we extended the challenge across three weeks to encourage more consistent movement and wellbeing habits—and it’s been great to see everyone getting involved so far.
There’s already been a real sense of team spirit building, with plenty of steps being logged and some healthy competition between our teams:

It’s a simple initiative, but one that’s already making a positive impact—getting people moving a bit more, taking time out, and supporting their wellbeing in small, manageable ways.
In the first week alone, our team totaled over 1 million steps - and this is a huge achievement. Cant wait to see the end results!
