Our estimating team plays a critical role in shaping each project from the outset. From initial enquiry through to submission, their work ensures that every detail is considered, every risk assessed, and every opportunity maximised.
A recent example included a large-scale mechanical and electrical plant room refurbishment valued at over £1 million. Following a detailed site survey, the team developed a clear understanding of the existing layout and project requirements.
The tender involved coordinating multiple elements beyond core mechanical and electrical works, including demolition, builders works, structural steel, and site logistics. Acting in a principal contractor capacity, the team also produced a programme outlining project durations alongside a detailed cost breakdown to give full clarity.
And this is just one example.
In this year so far (Jan-April) we’ve tendered work totalling over £14.5 million, reflecting both our growth and the trust placed in us to deliver on increasingly complex projects.

Each tender represents input from across the business, bringing together technical knowledge, practical experience, and strategic thinking. Once a project is secured, this work seamlessly transitions to our project delivery teams, ensuring a smooth and informed handover.
