Case Study Overview

SMS completed a refurbishment of student accommodation both on time and in budget. The work comprised of a central extract constant pressure system with new heating and hot water systems, and state of the art water saving sanitaryware throughout. The systems were all integrated with the site wide building management control and monitoring systems.
