Case Study Overview

Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions Ltd were appointed as mechanical contractor to design, supply, install and commission various services to a development of new build warehouses and offices at Mucklow Park, Tyseley.  The development was rated as, Very Good, by 

BREEAM New Construction 2014. 

The project consisted of eight warehouses with office provision that included: ventilation, air conditioning, electric heating and domestic services installation.

The largest warehouse benefitted from radiant tube heating with high level extract ventilation and SMS were able to adjust to the demands of the more labour intensive parts of the project without delay.

The project was managed to ensure work across all units was efficient and considerate of other contractors.
