Cat B fit out of a warehouse for an aerospace facility for a fortune 500 company which involved a large amount of varying systems on both the mechanical and electrical as well as builders works to transform an open warehouse into a distribution and holding facility including ATEX areas.

SMS acted as Principal Contractor to manage and facilitate the construction of many internal rooms including a mezzanine level to accommodate the varying functions required for a modern aerospace facility.
