Case Study Overview

Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions were appointed as principal contractor on this project to manage the refurbishment of classroom ceilings, along with the installation of new LED lighting. All existing WIFI points, fire detection and security devices had to be removed and re-installed to suit the new ceilings. In the process of ceiling removal, it was found that redundant fan coil heating units were above the ceiling. These had to be removed prior to the installation of the ceilings and LED lighting.

Works were closely coordinated with the school during the contract to allow staff access to areas during the summer holiday.

Works were completed on schedule and within tight budget constraints.
