Staffordshire Mechanical Solutions Ltd were commissioned design, supply test and commission a new heating and hot water plant complete with automated building management system. The old plant, pipe work, controls and electrical systems were approximately 40 old and had begun to fail. SMS were commissioned to remove the old plant and to replace with new efficient equipment.
