Case Study Overview
This project consisted of a complete refurbishment of the existing ground and first floor office areas of a four-storey office building located at Victoria Street Luton.
Works generally included the isolation and subsequent decommission of existing heating, domestic, ventilation and air conditioning services, as well as the installation of heat recovery ventilation complete with new ductwork, domestic water services and above ground drainage throughout. New Kitchen breakout areas where formed to service the offices.
New electric space heating was included throughout to help with the heating to communal areas. The air conditioning and ventilation includes a new proprietary controls system. In addition, an automated Trend BMS system for the control and optimisation of the new mechanical install was installed, tested and commissioned.
The installation of new twin and earth electrical power upgrade to supply the new mechanical services install. Provision of low voltage power supply throughout.
Comprising of new lighting, small power and data, 1st fix installs of access control and fire alarm and detection core infrastructure for specialist to second fix install testing and commissioning.
