Case Study Overview

SMS have recently completed the refurbishment of mechanical and public health services at one of Coventry University’s busiest teaching spaces.

2 floors have been refurbished with new radiators and extract ventilation systems. Occupants have improved control of their environment with a state of the art Siemens BMS controller in every room.

Ground and first floor toilets have been upgraded with Ideal Standard sanitaryware and Rada sense taps. The extract ventilation has PIR controlled shut off dampers to reduce CU’s carbon usage and uphold their environmentally friendly approach to all new works.
