Following our initial appointment last summer to survey both the M&E services of their newly acquired site of nearly 17.5 acres . SMS were appointed to carry out the services design and build for the refurbishment of the existing office block. The offices are now ready for occupation and SMS are hard at work on phase 2, which comprises of the site wide infrastructure services to the warehouse and external office buildings.
